This course is absolutely practical and interactive - perfectly geared to the requirements of daily therapeutic practice. Over six weekends, the clinical pictures and the corresponding pulses are covered in reverse order:

Pulses → Symptoms → Prescription or Symptoms → Pulse → Prescription

The following layers are in focus:
Taiyang, Yangming, Shaoyang, Taiyin, Shaoyin, Jueyin

This clinical approach is based on the pulse diagnosis in combination with the patient's symptoms. This results in a decision tree that leads to the appropriate prescription.

Central questions of the course:

  • Which prescriptions are indicated based on the pulse?
  • Which symptoms should be queried for a particular prescription?
  • Or quite simply: How do the pulse and symptom picture lead me to the right prescription?

Prerequisites:

Basic knowledge of Shanghan Zabing Lun formulations and pulse pictures. Participation in SHL and Jingui courses is recommended.
